Calvinated
A few days ago my wife came up with the idea of painting some murals on the bedroom walls of my son who turns 8 soon. The theme was easy: when midnight comes around and we can hear giggling coming from my son's closet, he's usually tucked away in there with one of my Calvin & Hobbes books. Here are some photos we took of the process:

That is EXCELLENT!
Very nice work.
Thanks, Jeremy. We're also painting his big walk-in closet navy blue with glow-in-the-dark stars, and Spaceman Spiff. It's looking great so far!
I can't think of a cooler way to do a kid's bedroom. Good work!
Your kids are lucky to have a talented dad. That is awesome! Great work =)
I just stumbled upon this little blogspace by random accident, but this is so phenomonally inspirational.
It's so nice to see parents so deeply involved in their child's interests, as well as encouraging reading of a phenomonal strip like Calvin and Hobbes.
I'm presently 22 years old, and have been reading Calvin and Hobbes since the age of 7. I can honestly say that I learned some of my most functional vocabulary from those books, and they still give me a treat to look them over even to this day.
This was a wonderful project, and turned out beautifully. A million kudos to you nice folks!
Wow, thanks, Obie. That's one of the nicest comments I've ever gotten.
Heehee! I LOVE IT! Can I move in?? BTW, I still have all of those loverly cartoons from the MTC. I've shared them with my family, often. You're GREAT for doing this for the boys...Whoo-hoo!
